The paper proves a sharp corrected square-root inequality for bounded
unimodular fibers of central affine dimension at most two, count-dependent
powers with explicit finite-threshold bounds and a sharp leading asymptotic,
and power-4/13 concavity for the type-A3 Kostant count. The power 4/13 is optimal for the specified classical continuous extension.

To build, run `tectonic main.tex` in a directory containing main.tex, or
compile it with a current LaTeX distribution providing the standard packages
listed in the source. The manuscript provides the analytic proofs and its complete build sources.

The bibliography credits the classical geometry and chamber enumeration.
The paper includes a disclosure of AI assistance.
